Mark Schantz has been working with clients for over 25 years, bringing their visions to life. He started his work as a General Contractor in Southern California in 1994, moving to the Bay Area in 1997.
He has enjoyed a loyal, referral-based clientele because of his ability to work closely with each client to see their project through from start to finish. His work includes design and permitting to complete the project properly and to the satisfaction of his clients.
